Personal Training

Core Expectations offers nutritional counseling for pregnant and postpartum women. Dieting is never a good option, especially during the postnatal phase. We can help to guide you towards the right choices with clean whole foods that maintain energy levels, provide proper nutrition for both you and baby.

Doula Services

A Doula is a woman experienced with childbirth who provides physical, emotional, and informational support to the expectant family before, during, and after birth. The Doula works to nurture and protect that experience by encouraging the woman to give birth in her own unique way.
